I have only completed 5 chapters in this book, and I must say that this is one of the best business books I've read. I almost passed this book up when I saw it offered for free on a daily site that I'm subscribed to, but I am so glad that I went back and got it. I have highlighted entire pages in this book; it's that good and informative.The author gives great advice on dealing with employees, and keeping they engaged. He encourages business owners to actively listen to their employees, and how to make them feel a part of the team. I like the fact that he also encourages managers to walk the business every day, and engage with the employees. He relates how he would speak to every employee when he made it to work, and that made me sad, because I have had to work with bosses who would walk by me, and not even speak to me, or to other employees. I wish he had been my boss!
I also found his use of L.A.U.N.C.H, and T.O.U.C.H to be very informative in business. I'm not going to give what each one stands for, or the principles of each, but they are definitely worth putting into practice.
This book is a keeper, and I am glad that I grabbed it when I had the chance.

Excellent primer on Business leadership!
I'm always skeptical when a new leadership book hits the shelf with so many people writing them. Business Brainfood is easy to read and informative. Most importantly it tells the story of one man's life in the business world. Ken brings real personality to the situations he describes, so you feel like your right there with him.
I just finished reading Business Brainfood for a second time, and it was just as exciting and attention grabbing as the first time. As a young professional and a graduate student, I would strongly recommend Business Brainfood, because it gives you real life insight on to the day to day workings of a business. I would also highly recommend business school professors make this a required reading because it is one of the best leadership and general business principals book out there. I feel like I can read the book over and over again and still get something out of it each end every single time. I have an extensive business book library, and have read many business books throughout my business school days and my professional career. I am so glad I bought this book, because the way this book is written it makes me feel as if I’m sitting face to face with the author and we're discussing real life business. If you are an entrepreneur, young professional, or even a seasoned veteran there is something in this book for you. Out of all the books I have read Business Brainfood is the best book that is straight to the point and covers all the aspects of a business. I also I feel like the author didn’t just write to fill pages in a book as I feel like that about a lot of the other business books that I have read. Every chapter, every page, and every paragraph has a purpose and a lesson in it for the reader. I highly recommend this book to everyone, and can’t express enough how real and relatable this it to daily business.
